Born on December 24, 1995, Ketika began her career as a model and social media influencer, gaining popularity through Dubsmash videos. She made her movie debut with the Telugu romantic film Romantic (2021) opposite Akash Puri, where critics noted her promising screen presence. She followed it up with Lakshya (2021), Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga (2022) opposite Vaisshnav Tej, and the blockbuster Bro (2023) alongside Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej, which became her highest-grossing release.

She expanded her horizons with her Hindi film debut in Vijay 69 (2024) as Malti, earning appreciation for adding emotional depth. In 2025, she appeared in Robinhood in a special song appearance ("Adhi Dha Surprisu") and played Purva Nettem in the romantic comedy #Single.
