Kayadu Lohar Is Capturing Hearts On-Screen And On Social Media

Kayadu Lohar is turning heads on Instagram with her latest photo dump, and it’s safe to say—she’s absolutely slaying it. Her rise began with a jewelry pageant contest, followed by her big break when she won the Times of India’s Everyuth Fresh Face Season 12. That win opened the door to the entertainment industry, setting her on a path of success.

Kayadu’s acting debut came even before the competition had ended—she starred in the 2021 Kannada film Mugilpete. Since then, she’s proven her versatility across languages and industries. She entered Malayalam cinema with Pathonpatham Noottandu (released 8 September 2022), followed by her Telugu debut in Alluri (23 September 2022). Her first Marathi film, I Prem U, hit the screens on 17 March 2023. Most recently, she made her Tamil debut with Dragon, which was released on 21 February 2025.

And Kayadu’s journey is just getting started.

She has a string of exciting projects lined up, including Thaaram and Idhayam Murali. One of the most anticipated announcements is her role opposite actor Silambarasan in the upcoming film STR49, directed by Ramkumar Balakrishnan.
