Kayadu Lohar rose to fame after the success of Dragon which made her a youth favorite. She soon signed Tamil projects like Jaathi Jaathakam, Idhayam Murali and STR49. In Tollywood she is working on a movie with Vishwak Sen.

Recently, the actress created buzz again when Tovino Thomas’ Mollywood movie “Pallichattambi” makers announced her as the female lead. A special video was released where Kayadu speaks in Malayalam, charming fans with her cute expressions and fluent delivery. The video quickly went viral across social media platforms.

Pallichattambi marks her return to Malayalam cinema after films like Pathonpatham Noottandu and Oru. Set in the 1950s, the period drama is directed by Dijo Jose Antony and features music by Jakes Bejoy.
