Kavya Praveen Thapar, born on August 20, 1995, is a talented Indian actress known for her work in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi films. She made her acting debut with the Telugu movie Ee Maaya Peremito in 2018. Since then, she has gained recognition for her roles in various films, including Ek Mini Katha (2021) and Middle Class Love (2022), marking her first appearance in Hindi cinema. In 2023, she debuted in Tamil film with Pichaikkaran 2, and her upcoming project Eagle (2024) has already become a box office success.

Recently, Kavya has been in the spotlight for her performance in Double iSmart, a Telugu-language action film released in 2024. Directed by Puri Jagannadh and co-produced with Charmy Kaur, the movie serves as a spiritual sequel to iSmart Shankar. The film features prominent actors like Ram Pothineni and Sanjay Dutt, who is acting in Telugu for the first time. The music for the film was composed by Mani Sharma, while the visuals were captured by Gianni Giannelli and Shyam K. Naidu.
