Jyoti Poorvaj’s Cryptic Post Sparks Curiosity Over Her Next Movie Release

Born in Madikeri, Karnataka, Jyoti began her career in Kannada television with shows like Jogula, Kinnari, and Mooru Gantu. She rose to widespread popularity with the Telugu serial Guppedantha Manasu (as Jagati) and also appeared in Tamil’s Kaatrukkenna Veli.

She made her film debut in the Tulu movie Madipu (2017). Subsequent credits include Kannada films such as Dia (2020), 99, Jersey Number 10 (2023), Supplier Shankara (2024), and Nice Road (2024).

Currently in an exciting phase, her major ongoing projects are the multilingual sci-fi thriller Killer (also known as KillR or Killer: Dream Girl), directed by her husband Suku Poorvaj, where she plays multiple layered roles, and A Masterpiece. She is also attached to Halka Don. From television favourite to ambitious film roles, Jyoti continues to expand her presence across South Indian cinema.
