Jyothi Poorvaj, born on July 4, 1994, in Madikeri, Karnataka, India, has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. She is known for her work in both television serials and films in Kannada and Telugu.

She made her acting debut with the Kannada serial Jogula, which earned her recognition. She later went on to act in popular serials such as Kinnari and Mooru Gantu in Kannada, while also making her mark in Telugu television with Guppedantha Manasu, portraying the character of Jagati.

She is soon to be seen in Killer which is an upcoming sci-fi action thriller directed by Poorvaj. The movie stars Jyothi Poorvaj as the heroine and Poorvaj himself as the hero, along with Vishal Raj and Gautham in other lead roles. It's produced under the Think Cinema banner, in collaboration with AU&I and Merge XR. The first part of the movie is titled "Killer: Dream Girl".
