Meanwhile Jonita Gandhi revealed she has been a target of disturbing online actions. She explained that a stranger shared an explicit image with her picture in the background. She stressed that this is harassment. She said she blocks and reports such profiles often. She is concerned that her mother could see such posts while browsing social media.

She recalled how she found the post in her mentions. She had been added to a “Close Friends” list by someone she did not know. She clicked the story and saw the offensive image. She described it as “disgusting.” She said she ignores such things but always reports them. She pointed out that ignoring does not mean it stops being harassment.
