Her breakthrough came with the web series Tu Zakhm Hai (2022) on MX Player, where she played Ananya Trehan. She later starred in feature films including Chanchal Haseena (2024) in the title role, Pyaar Ishq aur Possession (2024) as Alisha, and Game Over (2024). Other notable works include the short film Sunday – A Tale of True Love and appearances in Fuh Se Fantasy.

In 2025, she featured in the series Sshhh as Shraddha and Khadaan as Nupur. With a growing presence in OTT platforms and films, Jinal continues to build her career through diverse and bold roles.
