Janhvi Kapoor Slays The Style On Day 2 At Cannes

Janhvi Kapoor brought elegance to Cannes 2025 on Day 2 in a custom creation by Anamika Khanna. The dress fused traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary couture, featuring archival jewels, jade accents and karaoke inspired detailing.

The intricately embroidered gold bodice was paired with a flowing pastel skirt perfectly styled to balance regality and modern charm. Styled by Rhea Kapoor, the look showcased Janhvi’s grace and evolving fashion sense, making her stand out effortlessly at the French Riviera.

Meanwhile Janhvi Kapoor made a beautiful and stylish debut in day 1 as well at the Cannes Film Festival 2025. She attended the event to promote her upcoming movie Homebound, along with co-stars Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa. Janhvi walked the red carpet on first day in a custom made dress by Tarun Tahiliani. Her look featured a corset-style top and a long skirt made from real tissue fabric, specially woven in Benaras. The outfit had a hand-crushed texture that gave it a unique and rich feel.

The design of her ddess looked like a modern version of a saree with a pre-attached pallu and TT-style draping. The whole look gave a sense of vintage glamour with a modern twist.

Tarun Tahiliani later shared that the uncut hem of the dress was left as it was, to show the authenticity of the fabric. Janhvi's look was praised by fans and fashion experts alike. It was a perfect mix of Indian tradition and international fashion making her debut a memorable one at Cannes 2025.
