Born on August 11, 1985, in Manama, Bahrain, to a Sri Lankan father and Malaysian mother, Jacqueline Fernandez is a popular Sri Lankan actress based in Bollywood. She was crowned Miss Universe Sri Lanka in 2006 before transitioning to modelling and films.

She made her acting debut in Sujoy Ghosh’s fantasy drama Aladin (2009) as Jasmine opposite Riteish Deshmukh, earning the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year – Female. Her breakthrough came with the thriller Murder 2 (2011). She went on to star in commercially successful films including Housefull 2 (2012), Race 2 (2013), Kick (2014) with Salman Khan, Judwaa 2 (2017), and the Kannada film Vikrant Rona (2022).

In 2025, she appeared in Fateh and Housefull 5. Her upcoming project includes Welcome to the Jungle (2026). Known for her dance numbers, screen presence, and versatility, Jacqueline remains a prominent figure in Hindi cinema.
