Born on 8 May 1995 in Erode, Tamil Nadu, Iswarya started with the Tamil TV serial Thendral. She made her film debut with a supporting role in the Tamil comedy Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru (2013) and its Telugu remake. She also debuted in Kannada with Dasavala (2013).

Her notable films include Namo Boothatma (2014, Kannada), Monsoon Mangoes (2016, Malayalam), Naan Sirithaal (2020), Vezham (2022), Spy (2023) as NIA agent Vaishnavi, and Bhaje Vaayu Vegam (2024). In 2025, she appeared in the Mammootty-starrer Bazooka.
