Her debut in the Kannada industry was with the film Dasavala, where she portrayed a mentally challenged girl named Akshara. The film, directed by M.S. Ramesh, was released in 2013, and her performance received positive reviews. She later appeared in Apple Penne, a Tamil film focusing on the relationship between a mother and daughter, where she played the role of the daughter. Currently, Iswarya will be seen in the Kannada horror-comedy Namo Boothatma.
