Her feature film debut came in 2021 with the Telugu romantic drama Mr & Miss, where she played the lead role of Sasi. She followed it with Nee Jathaga (2021), #MayaLo (2023) as Maya Reddy, the thriller Chakravyuham: The Trap (2023) as SI Durga Nayak, and Month of Madhu (2023) as Vasuki. She also featured in the popular series Dhootha and 3Cs.

Her upcoming project includes the 2025 film Paradha. With a mix of lead and supporting roles across films and OTT, Gnaneswari continues to build a steady presence in Telugu cinema.
