Born in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Gnaneswari began her journey with modeling and a short film Peru Leni Manishi (2019), which earned her the Best Actress award at SIIMA. She gained early visibility as a contestant on the reality show Pelli Choopulu.

Her feature film debut came with the Telugu romantic drama Mr & Miss (2021), where she played Sasi. She followed it with roles in Nee Jathaga (2021), #MayaLo (2023) as Maya Reddy, Month of Madhu (2023) as Vasuki, and the thriller Chakravyuham: The Trap (2023) as SI Durga Nayak.

On the digital front, she has appeared in web series such as Oka Love Janta, Dhootha (as Kiran Reddy), and 3Cs – Choices, Chances, and Changes. Her upcoming projects include the film Paradha and a role in the series Part Timers.With her growing presence in Telugu cinema and OTT, Gnaneswari continues to impress with versatile performances and a vibrant personality.
