Fatima Sana Shaikh recently took a break from her busy schedule for a beach holiday in Sri Lanka. During the trip, she tried surfing for the first time and seemed to enjoy the adventure. The actress, who is currently preparing for the release of her film 'Metro… In Dino,' shared fun moments from her getaway on Instagram. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “5 din main surfing seekhne ki koshish ki. Aur thoda thoda seekh liya.” The post included several pictures of her riding waves and posing with a surfboard, revealing a fun and adventurous side of her.

She also shared her gratitude to her instructor, writing, “If you ever want to learn surfing in Sri Lanka… Chandu is your guy! He is the best teacher. I have never ever surfed in my life, but he got me on the board. He’s your man.” Apart from 'Metro… In Dino,' Fatima will soon appear in the web series 'Teen Kawwe,' starring alongside Pavail Gulati and Sidhant Gupta. The series, produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, is a slice-of-life story filled with humour and emotions. This is her first time collaborating with both actors.

Last seen in 'Sam Bahadur', Fatima played the role of Indira Gandhi in the biopic about Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, showing her ability to take on powerful roles with ease.
