Esther Anil, is popular for her roles in Malayalam films, began her career as a child artist with the 2010 film Nallavan. She gained recognition for portraying Anumol George (Anu) in the 2013 thriller Drishyam and its sequel, Drishyam 2, along with her role in the 2020 fantasy film Oolu.

Esther received the Kerala Film Critics Association Award for Best Child Artist in 2016. She also took on her Drishyam role in the Telugu and Tamil remakes, Drushyam and Papanasam.
