In 2007, Esha Gupta took part in Femina Miss India, earning the title of Miss Photogenic and securing the 3rd position, leading her to compete in Miss India International. Her journey continued with a feature in the 2010 Kingfisher Calendar before venturing into Bollywood.

Her Bollywood debut came in 2012 with Mahesh Bhatt's Jannat 2, where she starred alongside Emraan Hashmi. Gupta then expanded her horizons, making her Telugu and Tamil debut in the bilingual film Veedevadu in 2017. Her latest film, "One Day: Justice Delivered," was released in 2019.
