Born on July 29, 1990, in Stockholm, Sweden, to a Greek father and Swedish mother, Elli AvrRam (Elisabet Avramidou Granlund) is a Swedish-Greek actress based in Mumbai. She began her career with a small role in the 2008 Swedish film Förbjuden Frukt.

Elli made her Bollywood debut in 2013 with the comedy thriller Mickey Virus opposite Manish Paul. She gained massive popularity after participating in Bigg Boss Season 7 the same year. Her career highlights include Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015), Malang (2020), the hit song “Har Funn Maula” with Aamir Khan in Koi Jaane Na (2021), Goodbye (2022), and Ganapath (2023). She made her Tamil debut with Naane Varuvean (2022) alongside Dhanush, Kannada debut with Butterfly, and Marathi debut with Ilu Ilu 1998 (2025).

Known for her versatility across languages, Elli has also appeared in Be Happy (2025) and Tamil film Conjuring Kannappan. As of 2026, she continues to explore exciting projects in Bollywood, South cinema, and international collaborations, balancing acting with her graceful screen presence and dance performances.

A true multi-lingual talent, Elli remains one of the most stylish and adaptable actresses in Indian cinema.
