Her breakthrough came with the hit comedy Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015) alongside Kapil Sharma.

Over the years, Elli has showcased her versatility across languages with roles in Malang (2020), Koi Jaane Na (2021), Naane Varuven (opposite Dhanush), Goodbye (2022), Ganapath (2023), and recent projects like Be Happy (2025), Ilu Ilu 1998 (Marathi), and Conjuring Kannappan.
