Born Elisabet Avramidou Granlund on July 29, 1990, in Stockholm, Sweden, Elli moved to India and gained fame through Bigg Boss 7 (2013). She made her Bollywood debut with Mickey Virus (2013) opposite Manish Paul. Her breakthrough came with the successful comedy Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015) alongside Kapil Sharma. She has since delivered memorable performances in Malang (2020), Koi Jaane Na (2021), Goodbye (2022), Ganapath (2023), and the Marathi film Ilu Ilu.

Elli continues to explore diverse roles across Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and international projects, with Conjuring Kannappan among her recent and upcoming works.
