Now, this quirky and thought-provoking film is being remade in Telugu under the title Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi, featuring Tharun Bhascker and Eesha Rebba in the lead roles.

For the Telugu remake to succeed, Tharun Bhascker and Eesha Rebba will have to capture the same essence. Tharun will face the challenge of portraying Rajesh’s complex character aggressive and vulnerable at the same time. Eesha will have to embody Jaya’s transformation, from a naive woman to a resilient fighter including mastering the action scenes that made the original so impactful.
