She gained recognition with films like Ami Thumi, Awe, Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, and Raagala 24 Gantallo. She has also worked in Tamil (Oyee), Malayalam (Ottu), and popular web series including 3 Roses, Pitta Kathalu, and Dayaa.

Her recent release Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi (2026) received appreciation, with upcoming projects including Vasta Nee Venuka and the Tamil film Aayiram Jenmangal. With her natural screen presence and versatile roles, Eesha continues to shine in Telugu cinema and beyond.
