Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi is the official remake of the Malayalam drama Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey!. The movie is directed by debutant AR Sajeev. The makers describe it as a humorous rural story. Eesha plays Kondaveeti Prashanti, a village woman, and Tharun plays Ambati Omkar Naidu, a van owner. Their marriage and later differences drive the story.
