Born on 27 August 2001 in Wayanad, Kerala, Esther Anil began her career as a child artist with her debut in the Malayalam film Nallavan (2010). She shot to fame with her memorable role as Anumol "Anu" George in the blockbuster Drishyam (2013) opposite Mohanlal, reprising the role in Drishyam 2 (2021) and its Tamil and Telugu remakes. Her notable films include Oolu (2020) and others across Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu cinema.
