Born on January 28, 1992, in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Divya Bharathi started as a successful model before transitioning to acting. She made her lead acting debut with the romantic drama Bachelor (2021) opposite GV Prakash Kumar, where her performance as Subbulakshmi “Subbu” earned widespread acclaim and several awards, including Woman Entertainer of the Year.
