In a cinematic post straight out of a moody thriller Daksha Nagarkar channels high drama and strong screen presence. Her Instagram post is accompanied by a caption that reads:

“Framed like Gosling in Only God Forgives, but this time, she doesn’t need forgiveness 🎥”

Wearing a white blazer paired with a pleated skirt and a ribbed tank top, Daksha stands bathed in blue and red lighting, drawing clear inspiration from the visual tones of the film Only God Forgives. The lighting, mood, and her confident expression suggest a character in control one that doesn’t wait for forgiveness but commands the room. The post, paired with the background score from the movie and her powerful styling creates a scene that’s both stylish and cinematic.

She is also soon to be seen in Varun Tej’s upcoming film tentatively titled Korean Kanakaraju. It is already gaining attention for its refreshing Indo-Korean backdrop. Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, the project introduces martial arts elements, particularly Taekwondo, into its narrative. Daksha Nagarkar has joined the cast for a special folk number. Sources say the song will be filmed on a grand set in Hyderabad, and she has already started rehearsals and shoot for it.

This marks Daksha’s first time doing a special number in a film.
