Cheshta Bhagat Lost in Her Own Rhythm

The warm tones and relaxed setting add to the mood of peaceful solitude. It’s a candid capture of someone finding comfort in their own presence.

Cheshta Bhagat, known for her roles in TV shows like Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum and Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara recently opened up about a big change in her personal life. She was in a long-term relationship with actor Arjun Aneja for 11 years. The two even appeared together on the reality show Temptation Island India. However during the show, Cheshta met Chandigarh based DJ Nikhil Mehta and started to see things differently.

She shared that her relationship with Arjun had many ups and downs. Even though they tried to fix things and move forward, Cheshta realized something important was missing. After spending time with Nikhil, she felt a peace she never experienced in her past relationship. That led her to make the tough decision to end things with Arjun and start fresh with Nikhil.

Now, Cheshta is in a long distance relationship with Nikhil and says they are still figuring things out. She also addressed people who criticized her for moving on quickly. Cheshta said that leaving a toxic relationship was necessary for her mental peace.
