Born on August 1 or 2, 2000, in Puttur near Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, Maanasa began her journey as a model before entering acting. She made her screen debut in the Tamil web series Emoji (2022). Her film debut came with the Telugu romantic drama Bubblegum (2023), where she played the lead Jahnvi opposite Roshan Kanakala and earned praise for her fresh presence.

She gained wider recognition with a role as Mona in the hit Lucky Baskhar (2024) alongside Dulquer Salmaan. Expanding into Tamil cinema, she appeared in DNA (2025) as Saranya, Aaryan (2025), and #Single (2025).Ongoing projects include the Tamil film Mustafa Mustafa (2026), Telugu comedy Gaaya Padda Simham (2026), the series Super Subbu, and Sathibabu Paraloka Yatra.
