Known for her remarkable performances, Chaithra has essayed lead roles in films like "Gilky," "Taledanda," and "AaDrushya."

In 2023, Chaithra had two releases: "Toby" with Raj B Shetty and "Sapta Sagaradaache Ello Side-B" alongside Rakshit Shetty and Rukmini Vasanth, directed by Hemanth Rao. Her performances in both movies garnered praise from both audiences and critics alike. Following these successes, she appeared in "Blink," directed by debutant Srinidhi Bengaluru. The film received critical acclaim, with commendations for all the actors involved.
