Born on March 4, 1995, in Bangalore, Chaithra began her career with the web series Bengaluru Queens and made her movie debut in the 2019 action thriller Mahira. She gained widespread acclaim for her nuanced performances in films like Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana (2021), Sapta Sagaradaache Ello - Side B (2023), Toby (2023), Blink (2024), and Taledanda (2022). A trained singer, she also lent her voice to the hit folk song "Sojugaada Sooju Mallige."

Expanding beyond Kannada, Chaithra marked her Tamil debut with projects like 3BHK and a rural drama opposite Sasikumar.
