Born on March 4, 1995, in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Chaithra is a versatile Kannada actress and singer who began her career while pursuing engineering. She made her web series debut with Bengaluru Queens and transitioned to films.

Chaithra made her feature film debut with Mahira (2019). She gained critical acclaim for roles in Gilky (2022), Taledanda (2022), Toby (2023), and Sapta Sagaradaache Ello: Side B (2023), where her performance as Surabhi was widely appreciated. She has also appeared in Blink (2024) and Happy Birthday to Me (2024).

Chaithra is expanding her reach with Tamil and Telugu projects, including 3BHK (2025), My Lord (2026), Meesaya Murukku 2 (2026), and others like Maarnami, Vritta, and Fauzi.
