She later won titles including Miss Andhra Pradesh 2019 and Miss India Fashion Icon 2019, which boosted her modelling career.

She made her lead acting debut in the Telugu supernatural horror-thriller Masooda (2022) as Nazia, earning critical praise for her intense performance. She followed it with a role in the Tamil crime-thriller Light House (2024) and appeared in the action film Jaat (2025) alongside Sunny Deol.

Her upcoming projects include Peddi (2026) and the romantic film Sairabanu. With a growing presence in Telugu and Tamil cinema, Bandhavi continues to build her career through diverse and challenging roles.
