Born and raised in Hyderabad, Bandhavi began her journey as a child artist, appearing in several Telugu films including Mr. Perfect, Rabhasa, Mogudu, Ramaiya Vastavaiya, and Majnu. She won beauty titles like Miss India Andhra Pradesh 2019 and Miss India Fashion Icon 2019.

She made her lead acting debut in the 2022 horror thriller Masooda, playing Nazia. Her filmography includes Light House (2024) and the high-profile action film Jaat (2025) alongside Sunny Deol.
