Hailing from Hyderabad, Telangana, Bandhavi began her journey as a child artist, appearing in Telugu films like Mr. Perfect, Rabhasa, Mogudu, Ramaiya Vastavaiya, and Majnu. She shone in beauty pageants, winning titles such as Miss India Andhra Pradesh 2019 and Miss India Fashion Icon 2019.

Her lead acting debut came with the critically acclaimed horror-thriller Masooda (2022), where she played Nazia and earned widespread praise. She followed it up with the Tamil crime-thriller Light House (2024) and made her Bollywood debut in the action film Jaat (2025) alongside Sunny Deol.
