She entered films with the Telugu movie Mukhachitram (2022) as Maya Fernandez. In 2024, she appeared in Om Bheem Bush as Ratthalu, Manamey as Smitha, and made a special appearance in the song “Motha” from Gangs of Godavari.

In 2025, Ayesha stepped into Hindi cinema with a role as Constable Ayesha Khan in Jaat alongside Sunny Deol.
