She gained wider fame as a wild-card contestant on Bigg Boss 17. Notable films include Om Bheem Bush and Manamey (both 2024), along with special appearances. In 2025 she expanded into Hindi cinema with roles in Jaat, the song “Shararat” in Dhurandhar, and Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2. With a growing presence across Telugu and Hindi projects, Ayesha continues to build her career as a versatile actress and model.
