Born on 13 September 2002 in Mumbai, Ayesha began her career as a model and junior artist in television soaps like Kasauti Zindagi Kay. She made her notable TV debut as Birba in Baalveer Returns (2020) before gaining nationwide fame as a wildcard contestant on Bigg Boss 17 (2023–24), where she finished in 8th place.

Her film debut came in the Telugu legal drama Mukhachitram (2022) as Maya Fernandez. She followed it with roles in Om Bheem Bush (2024) as Ratthalu, Manamey (2024) as Smitha, and a special appearance in the song “Motha” from Gangs of Godavari (2024).

In 2025, she entered mainstream Hindi cinema with a supporting role as Constable Ayesha Khan in Jaat opposite Sunny Deol, a special dance appearance in the hit song “Shararat” from Dhurandhar, and as Roohi in the comedy Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2.
