Avneet Kaur kickstarted her career in 2010 with Zee TV's dance show "Dance India Dance Li'l Masters," although she didn't make it to the semi-finals. She then joined the team of "Dance Challengers" in "Dance Ke Superstars."

Transitioning into acting, Kaur made her debut in 2012 with Life OK's "Meri Maa," portraying the character of Jhilmil. She continued to showcase her talent in shows like SAB TV's "Tedhe Hain Par Tere Mere Hain" and even participated in Colors TV's celebrity dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" in the same year, becoming the youngest contestant ever on the show.

Her journey continued with roles in Life OK's "Savitri - Ek Prem Kahani," where she portrayed Rajkumari Damayanti.
