Avneet Kaur was born on October 13, 2001, to Amandeep Nandra and Sonia Nandra. She has a younger brother. Avneet began her journey in the entertainment industry as a contestant on the dance reality show "Dance India Dance Li'l Masters." Her talent caught the attention of many, and she also appeared in another dance program called "Dance Ke Superstars."

In addition to dance, Avneet made her acting debut in the TV series "Meri Maa," where she played the character Jhilmil. Over the years, she took part in several other shows, including the comedy series "Tedhe Hain Par Tere Mere Hain." In June 2012, she showcased her dancing skills once again in the fifth season of "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa." That same year, she played the young Rajkumari Damyanti in "Savitri," followed by her role as young Paaki in the show "Ek Mutthi Aasmaan" in 2013.

Avneet's film career began in 2014 with the Hindi movie "Mardaani," where she portrayed a character named Meera. She continued to receive recognition for her acting skills, as seen in her role as Khushi in "Hamari Sister Didi."

In 2017, she took on a significant role as Princess Charumati in the historical drama "Chandra Nandini." More recently, Avneet played the role of Princess Yasmine in the popular show "Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga," airing on SAB TV in 2018.

On her Instagram, Avneet shared a stylish picture of herself wearing a smart dress with a black skirt and white shirt. She paired her look with dark sunglasses, which added a cool touch to her appearance.
