Born on October 13, 2001, in Jalandhar, Punjab, Avneet began as a child artist. She gained early fame through dance reality shows like Dance India Dance Li'l Masters. Her acting debut came with the TV show Meri Maa (2012). She made her Bollywood debut in Mardaani (2014) alongside Rani Mukerji.

She rose to prominence with TV shows like Chandra Nandini and Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga. Her first lead film role was in Tiku Weds Sheru (2023) opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Recent projects include Luv Ki Arrange Marriage and Party Till I Die. Her much-awaited international film Love in Vietnam (2025) opposite Shantanu Maheshwari marks a major milestone in her career.
