Born on October 13, 2001, Avneet began as a child dancer on Dance India Dance Li'l Masters (2010). She made her acting debut on television with Meri Maa (2012) as Jhilmil. She gained popularity with shows like Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga (as Princess Yasmine) and made her Bollywood debut as a child artist in Mardaani (2014). Her other films include Ekta (2019), Tiku Weds Sheru (2023), and Chidiakhana (2023).

Her breakthrough international project, Love In Vietnam (2025) — an Indo-Vietnamese romantic drama directed by Rahhat Shah Kazmi, co-starring Shantanu Maheshwari — was announced at the Cannes Film Festival and marked her global debut. She played Simmi in this cross-cultural love story.

As of 2026, Avneet continues to balance films and her massive digital influence. She has no major theatrical releases announced immediately after Love In Vietnam, but remains one of the most followed young actresses with strong pan-Indian appeal.
