Avantika Mishra Shares Dreamy Red Look on Instagram

Actress Avantika Mishra recently shared a new picture on her Instagram that caught everyone’s attention. Dressed in a vibrant red dress with delicate details, Avantika looked calm and graceful as she posed with her eyes closed and hand gently resting behind her head. She captioned the post, “Ek Ladki Bholi Bhali Si… ❤️”, a line that reflects her charming and soft expression in the photo. The post was shared along with the track "High On You" by Jind Universe, adding a romantic and dreamy vibe.

Avantika Mishra, who has been a part of several Telugu and Tamil films, was last seen in the romantic comedy Emakku Thozhil Romance. The film features Ashok Selvan and Avantika in the lead roles. It explores the quirky misunderstandings between Uma Shankar (played by Ashok) and Leo (played by Avantika). The movie was directed by Balaji Kesavan and includes seasoned actors like Urvashi and Bagavathi Perumal in key roles. After releasing in theatres last November, the movie is now available for streaming on Sun NXT.

Though the film had its fair share of ups and downs, including Ashok Selvan missing the audio launch which led to producer Thirumalai expressing his disappointment, it still managed to find its audience. In fact, the makers later announced that it had achieved "theatrical success". However, some reviews, including one from Cinema Express, felt that the film didn’t aim high. They wrote, “Depth in writing has never been a strong suit for mainstream rom-com cinema, and Emakku Thozhil Romance is no exception... its utter lack of ambition is baffling.”
