Ashika made her acting debut in the Kannada film Crazy Boy (2016). She gained wider recognition with Madhagaja (2021), earning the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada, and later won the same award for O2 (2024). She also received the Best Actress Critics – Kannada honour for Gatha Vaibhava (2025).

Her filmography spans Kannada, Telugu and Tamil cinema, including Avatara Purusha, Raymo, Telugu debut Amigos (2023), Naa Saami Ranga (2024) opposite Nagarjuna, and Tamil films Pattathu Arasan and Miss You.

Ongoing and recent projects include Gatha Vaibhava, Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi (2026), Sardar 2 (2026), and the highly anticipated Vishwambhara with Chiranjeevi.
