Ashika Ranganath will soon be seen in Vishwambhara, an upcoming Telugu film starring Megastar Chiranjeevi. Directed by Vassishta Mallidi, the film is a socio-fantasy drama with a powerful cast. Ashika shared her excitement about her role in the film, saying, “It’s my first time working with a blue/green matte setup. On a physical set, you can feel the environment—but here, I had no idea what the background would look like. It was challenging, but Chiranjeevi sir made everything easier. He’s very knowledgeable and up-to-date, and he helped us understand how each scene would be visualized.”

In Vishwambhara, Ashika plays a warrior princess, marking a big step in her career. She joins an ensemble that includes Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, Ramya Pasupuleti, and more. The film is produced by UV Creations and features music by MM Keeravaani. There’s also international buzz, with producer Vikram Reddy presenting a special book on the film at the Cannes 2025 festival.
