She rose to prominence with her performance in Madhagaja (2021), winning the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Kannada. She has successfully expanded into Telugu and Tamil cinema with notable films like Amigos (2023), Naa Saami Ranga (2024) opposite Nagarjuna, Avatara Purusha 2, and the critically acclaimed O2 (2025), for which she also received acclaim.

Ashika continues to impress with her versatility and is currently working on several exciting projects including Gatha Vaibhava (2025), Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi (2026) opposite Ravi Teja, Vishwambhara with Chiranjeevi, and Sardar 2.
