Arshin Mehta recently shared a stylish photo on Instagram. The actress is seen against a rustic brick wall creating a perfect blend of natural light and simplicity. She captioned the post with “🤍🖤 📍@sthambabrewery #niceplace #chilledvibes #photoshootmood #arshinmehta #friends #vibes”.

She is seen in a white top and black skirt and the simple dress made her look more adorable.

Meanwhile Arshin Mehta who played the lead role in The Diary of West Bengal recently opened up about the intense preparation she underwent for her character, Suhasini Bhattacharya. The character is a Hindu Brahmin girl from Bangladesh who seeks refuge in West Bengal after witnessing brutal atrocities against her community. Sharing her experience, Arshin said, “Since I wanted to stay in character, I embraced Suhasini’s role as a refugee who wouldn’t have had access to luxury. I avoided sitting on chairs and preferred sitting on the ground, staying in my character's mindset by not talking to anyone much.”

She further added, “I made sure to stay in the zone all the time. I would listen to music constantly, avoid talking to anyone, and even after the shoot was over, I would quietly go home and remain in the character's mindset.” Her dedication helped bring authenticity to the role, which aimed to highlight the struggles and emotional trauma refugees endure.

Arshin revealed that the film follows Suhasini’s survival against countless obstacles including a shocking realization that safety is elusive even in India.
