Born on 18 February 1996 in Irinjalakuda, Kerala, Anupama made her acting debut in the Malayalam blockbuster Premam (2015) as Mary George opposite Nivin Pauly. She quickly expanded into Telugu and Tamil cinema with films like A Aa (2016), Kodi (2016), Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi (2017), Karthikeya 2 (2022), and the hit Tillu Square (2024).

In 2025, she featured in Dragon, Paradha, JSK: Janaki V v/s State of Kerala, Kishkindhapuri, The Pet Detective, and Bison Kaalamaadan. Ongoing projects include the Tamil thriller Lockdown (2026), Telugu films Mareechika and Bhogi, along with Crazy Kalyanam and El Clasico, showcasing her continued versatility across South Indian industries.
