Born on 18 February 1996 in Irinjalakuda, Kerala, Anupama Parameswaran made her acting debut as Mary George in the Malayalam blockbuster Premam (2015), which launched her to stardom. She quickly expanded into Telugu cinema with A Aa (2016) and the Telugu remake of Premam, followed by her Tamil debut in Kodi (2016) opposite Dhanush.

Key successes include Sathamanam Bhavati, Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi (2017), Karthikeya 2 (2022), and Tillu Square (2024). Recent and ongoing projects feature Dragon, Paradha, Bison Kaalamaadan (2025), Lockdown, Mareechika, and Bhogi (2026).
