Anshu Ambani Dancing Through Elegance in a Timeless Saree

Actor Anshu Ambani shared a graceful picture on Instagram. She wore a mustard yellow saree that had soft white prints and a detailed border. Anshu posed mid-dance, showing classic elegance. She had jasmine flowers neatly tucked in her bun and wore traditional gold jewelry.

Recently Anshu made her comeback with Mazakka. However, her return did not go as smoothly as expected. Anshu found herself at the center of an unexpected controversy. At the teaser launch of the film, director Trinadha Rao Nakkina made comments about her physical appearance. He said, “Does she (Anshu) still look the same as she did in her Manmadhudu days? She’s a bit thinner now. I told her to eat and gain weight because, for Telugu cinema, it’s not enough she needs to be a bigger size. She’s improved a bit now, and by next time, she’ll improve even more.”

The comments sparked online criticism. The Women’s Commission issued a notice regarding the remarks. However, Anshu chose not to escalate the matter. She calmly addressed the issue, saying, “His words were taken out of context.”

The director later issued a public apology. He stated, “I came to know that several women were uncomfortable with my statements made during the teaser launch of Mazakka. I made those comments in jest, hoping to make everyone laugh. However, if these remarks have hurt you, this is my mistake.”
