Born on November 27, 2004, in Manjeri, Kerala, Anikha began her journey as a child artist. She made her Malayalam debut with Kadha Thudarunnu (2010) and earned the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for 5 Sundarikal (2013). She gained widespread popularity playing Ajith Kumar’s daughter in Tamil hits Yennai Arindhaal (2015) and Viswasam (2019). Transitioning to lead roles, she debuted as a heroine in Telugu with Butta Bomma (2023) and Malayalam with Oh My Darling (2023).
